In-Home Lactation Consultation

Schedule an in-person consultation to gain the tools you need to meet your infant feeding goals and outcomes from the comfort of your own home.

This 90 minute consultation includes a weighted feed with position and latch assessment.  Assessment of the infant oral anatomy and structural assessment of the breast are included.  A plan of care is given to assist in obtaining the desired outcome as well as notes sent to your health care team, including pediatrician and any other relevant team members.   

The advantage of an in- home consultation is you will be in your normal feeding environment.

Each consultation includes two weeks of follow-up assistance with your care plan via our secure messaging system.

Prenatal Telehealth Class

At your convenience and in a personal environment, prepare yourself prior to birth with a prenatal breastfeeding education class. Offered Virtually, preparation is key to meeting your infant feeding goals.

Package Discounts

Often, it may take more than one consult to obtain optimal outcomes. We are able to package multiple consultations for a discount and utilize both in-person and telehealth.

Packages can include a Prenatal education course plus postpartum consultations. Please see consultation options for package details.

Initial Consultation In Home: $300

*Multiples will have a $75 added fee for each additional infant with an additional 30 minutes per baby added to the consult time.

** Travel Zones**

We do not charge a travel fee for in-home appointments within an approximate 30 minute drive or less.

If you are located in an area with a 30-45 minute drive drive time one-way, please note a $50 charge will apply. Appointments with a one-way drive time more than a 45 minute drive are subject to a $75 in-home convenience fee. This charge is not covered by insurance.

Visits where parking is not readily available, patient will be responsible for parking costs incurred, which will be charged separately and is not covered by insurance.

Telehealth Lactation Consultation

Via a HIPPA compliant telehealth channel, we are able to accomplish so much using video and conversation. We use these tools to help you accomplish your infant feeding and lactation challenges virtually.

This 90 minute consultation includes positioning and latch assessment.

A plan of care is given to assist in obtaining the desired outcome as well as note sent to your health care team, including pediatrician and any other relevant team members.   

Each consultation includes two weeks of follow-up assistance with your care plan via our secure messaging system.

Back to Work Preparation Course

Are you preparing to go back to work? Will pumping become a part of your new routine? Do you need strategies to move your breast fed baby to using a bottle or cup while you are away? Do you need help managing breastfeeding while traveling for work? This is the course for you!

This Virtual 60 minute consultation will review pump use, flange fit, milk storage and help you develop a back to work plan based on your situation and schedule.

A plan of care is provided to assist in obtaining the desired outcome as well as resources to assist with your goals.
